Jackbilt Inc. was founded
in 1947 in Burbank, California by Jack Howard. Sixty years
later, the company is still owned and managed by the Howard family.
Today Jackbilt Inc. continues to grow and broaden its real estate portfolio throughout California, Oregon, Utah, Tennessee, and Hawaii.

In 2004, Jackbilt SB, Inc. and Jackbilt LA, Inc. were formed.

BRAD HOWARD
Brad Howard is
a 3rd generation Realtor. He started working with his Father,
at an early age, in the development and management of lease properties.
In 1977 he opened his own Real Estate Company, Classic Properties.
Brad is a native of Southern California, and has been based in
Burbank, and Toluca Lake all of his life.
His passions include
skiing and piloting his private aircraft.
He is experienced in Industrial, Commercial, Retail, as well as residential, and holds a State Contractor's License, and a Real Estate Brokers License.
Brad is on the Board of Directors of Providence Saint Joseph's Medical Center Foundation, an active member of Lakeside Golf Club, and a member of Yellowstone Club.. |
CYNDEE HOWARD
Cyndee
Howard, a 3rd generation Realtor, property manager, and investment developer,
and has been located in the Santa Barbara area since 1966. She began working
in her Father's business in the office management and accounting departments while still in high school. She continued to work with her Father's company in the
accounting and office management areas while maintaining her Real Estate office
in Santa Barbara.
She has been, and continues to be involved in the leasing, renovation, and management work for the Company. She began her own Real Estate Company in Santa Barbara, Classic Properties in 1979, where she was also active in local Real Estate as President of the Board of Realtors in 1990, and as a Director in leadership roles for the California Association of Realtors, for approximately 10 years.
She operates the Santa Barbara based office
with her son, Todd Eliassen, who is also a Realtor and Contractor.
Her passions include philanthropic work, photography,
contemporary art, building and renovating (repurposing) properties that have become functionally obsolete. She is an accomplished artist and photographer with pieces in private and public collections. |
